Our group has had a couple of meetings with our partner school and we couldn't be more excited about our progress! We hope to bring our Dream Lab student and her classmates to our class in early March to help them understand what "college" life is like, to show them around campus, and to expose them to some of our classmates from varying professional backgrounds. We are so thrilled to be working with such a great group of kids!
Our plan continues to be to set up a network to help bridge the gap for these students and others like them, whether through providing funds for tuition support, matching them with mentors, or helping them learn the necessary skills required for success at college.
